We handle the pain points for the clinicians and patients, by providing comprehensive services that include third-party reimbursement management, patient compliance follow-up, and automatic refill programs.

Hair Testing

Hair drug testing is the only testing method available that provides up to a 90-day drug use history, an effective way to evaluate long-term patterns of use.  In certain cases, a substance can be spotted up to a year after ingestion.

Our hair testing services include screens using enzyme immunoassay (EIA) and confirmations via gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) or liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).

Our cutting edge instrumentation is among the best in the industry and allows us to return quality results.

Blood Testing

The go-to matrix for quantitative drug monitoring, blood offers real-time insight into a person’s drug use and provides information on the amount of the parent drug and how it relates to the dose taken.

Blood testing offers several benefits to healthcare providers, including the following:

  • Supports positive correlation between drug concentration and dose using steady-state blood concentrations
  • Identifies if more or less medication is being taken than prescribed
  • Documents patient tolerance to toxic levels of medication
  • Precursory test that determines the need for additional testing (ex: pharmacogenetic testing.

Urine Testing

Standard urine drug testing panels range from five to 10 drugs. Specimen validity testing is available to detect adulterants or specimen substitution resulting from a donor’s attempts to mask drug use. Expanded profiles for medical professional monitoring are also available.

Urine testing has a generous detection window of 2-5 days (depending on the substance) for spotting recent drug ingestion and offers a clear view of substances that have passed through a patient’s system. It’s also well suited to detect high concentrations of parent drugs and their metabolites.

Oral Testing

Oral fluid testing is recognized as a reliable and innovative test format that provides fast and convenient specimen collections. The non-invasive method does not require special collection facilities necessitated by the privacy requirements of a urine collection. Additionally, because each collection can be directly observed, donor tampering with the specimen is virtually eliminated.

Benefits include:

  • Highly customizable test panel options covering a range of licit and illicit drugs
  • Non-invasive, gender-neutral collections with no exposure to specimen
  • Fast turnaround time from receipt of specimen
